Over the years, while still keeping the main ingredients the same, the final recipe has been tweaked and polished many times to produce the perfect balance of high quality freshness at a reasonable price. Our unique blend of over 65 ingredients comes from our own farm grown spices, as well as different spices, organic herbs and vegetables freshly picked from various regions around the country and worldwide. A few of these ingredients are your own “go to” spices that you probably use every day when you cook, but… when they are blended with our other ingredients, oh my, it is really something special. All of which results in an aromatic freshness that’s hard to beat.
We mix, package, and wrap each bottle locally with the help of family, friends, and even some of the Veterans from the American Legion. The support of the community truly makes this spice a product of the Cape and Island.
